Advance reservations are strongly encouraged to ensure your river experience on the day of your visit. In addition, liability waivers are required for both tubing and paddling. You can reserve your tube or paddlecraft and complete your liability waiver in advance online, which will also get you on the river more quickly. Use the “Book Now!” button to reserve.

You may change the time/date of your reservation by calling
386-497-1500 or by emailing [email protected]. Reservation change requests should be made at least 24 hours before your reservation and are subject to availability.

You may cancel your reservation by calling
386-497-1500 or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation to receive a refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice cannot be refunded. However, you can select a new date for your reservation (subject to availability) or exchange it for a digital gift certificate to be used for a future paddle or tube experience.

Private tubes (60″ or less in diameter) and outside tube rentals are allowed, however, rental through Paddling Adventures within the park is recommended for convenience.

No glitter, bean bag-filled or confetti-filled tubes permitted on the river.

Yes, you can bring your own kayak/canoe to the park. We offer a shuttle service from the South Entrance to the north canoe launch. The cost is $15/person + $15/boat + tax. Note: No return shuttle transport is available for private vessels from Dampier’s Landing and South Takeout.

No. Ichetuckee State Park offers outdoor activities. Inclement weather can affect these activities with delays or closures. Please check the weather before visiting the park as you would if scheduling any outdoor activity.

Pets are permitted inside Ichetucknee State Park, however, they are not permitted on or near the water. Where allowed, pets must be kept on a leash no longer than six feet and well-behaved at all times. 

There are charcoal grills situated throughout the park. You may also bring your own grill to the park.

Yes. You are welcome to bring in a cooler into the park but not on the river. Coolers will be checked at the gate. Please do not bring alcohol or glassware as they are not permitted. Floating coolers are also not permitted.

Tram:

The tram transports tubers and tubes to the Midpoint Launch

Once you have finished your float, the tram also will  bring tubers/tubes back to the South Entrance parking lot from the South Takeout.

Shuttle:

Year-round we offer a canoe/kayak shuttle from the South Entrance to the north canoe launch. Shuttle service is included with rentals from the North Launch. An addition fee applies for private watercraft.

Camping is not permitted within Ichetucknee Springs State Park, however, O’Leno State Park is just 18 miles away and does permit camping. It is very easy to go back and forth between the two parks. There are also several local private camping options nearby.
