September 7 Storm Update: Ichetucknee Springs State Park is now fully open! Clearing of the upper river and the canoe/kayak launch ramp following Hurricane Idalia was completed today. All visitor services are now available, including canoe/kayak/SUP rentals, tube rentals, tram transportation, North Entrance swimming, and food/retail concession offerings. Reservations for tubing and paddling are available by clicking the “Book Now” button below.
At the Ichetucknee General Store Grill, enjoy freshly-prepared hot and cold menu selections such as hamburgers, fries, sandwiches, wraps, crisp salads and hand-dipped ice cream. Dine outdoors at tree-shaded picnic tables located throughout the park. Serving fresh food daily from 9 am until 5 pm.
Souvenirs, tee shirts, swimming and paddling supplies, picnic supplies, sunscreen and sundries are also available at the General Store, located at the South Entrance.
Ticket windows in the front of the General Store sell transportation wristbands for the park tram servicing primarily those tubing the Ichetucknee, as well as van/bus transportation to the river’s headwaters at the North Entrance.
The Riverside Grill, located at the North Entrance near the Head Spring, is now open! Hamburgers, hotdogs and drinks. Or try our Pulled Pork Sandwich or Spicy Pork Tacos, fresh from the smoker! Hours are 10 am to 5 pm daily.
Located at the North Entrance near the canoe/kayak launch ramp, the Riverside Store offers souvenirs, t-shirts, sundries, swimming and paddling supplies.
Group rates are available for corporate, civic, church, veterans and non profits by calling 386-497-1500.
TRAM SERVICE
Tram Service – South Entrance: 8 AM – 6 PM daily.
Runs between Midpoint and South Takeout – Use for transportation back to South Entrance parking from end of tube run.
SHUTTLE SERVICE
Runs from the South Entrance to the North Entrance – Use for transportation up to north launch for kayaks, canoe and SUP launch.
LIFE VEST RENTALS
Recommended for young children and weak/non – Swimmers $7.50/vest plus tax. Rentals available in the General Store.
KEY HOLDING SERVICE
Don’t lose your keys in the River! Key Holding Service is $3 plus tax. Additional rental fees associated with tube and watercraft rentals.
